Patels Airtemp (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 May 2014 To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the financial year ended on 31 March 2014, to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, to consider the date of book closure, to consider the draft of Notice and to fix the date, time and venue of the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, to consider the draft Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion & Analysis Report and to authorize issuance of thereof, to take note of draft Auditor's report.
