With effect from 13 May 2015
Pfizer announced that S. Sridhar, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will be moving to a new role as Business Unit Head effective close of business on 12 May 2015, consequently, S. Sridhar will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective the said date.Ravi Prakash Bhagavathula has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 13 May 2015.
