Pidilite Industries allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Pidilite Industries announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 15 November 2014, has in accordance with the terms of ESOS-2012 Scheme, allotted 20,500 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each in the share capital of the Company for cash at par to the eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock option under ESOS-2012. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.
