Pidilite Industries announces change in directorate
With effect from 19 May 2015
Pidilite Industries announced that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:1. J. L. Shah has resigned as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 19 May 2015 as he is planning to re-start his consultancy activity. He was appointed, w.e.f. 04 November 2014, as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director of the Company, designated as Director (Factories- Operations).
2. Sabyaschi Patnaik has been appointed w.e.f. 19 May 2015 as an Additional Director and also as a Whole Time Director of the Company, designated as Director -Operations.
