Pidilite Industries incorporates subsidiary 'Pidilite Litokol'

Pidilite Industries has incorporated a subsidiary in the name of 'Pidilite Litokol' (PLPL) on 7 October, 2019 to carry on the business of chemicals epoxy grouts, chemical based products etc.

In terms of the Shareholders Agreement, the Company shall hold 60% of the paid-up share capital and management control of PLPL.
