Piramal Enterprises announces resignation of Rajesh Laddha

With effect from 10 February 2022

Piramal Enterprises announced that Rajesh Laddha (DIN 02228042), Executive Director has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue his own entrepreneurial venture. Consequent to which Laddha would also step down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 10 February 2022.
