Piramal Enterprises to consider interim dividend

Piramal Enterprises after market hours yesterday informed that its board will meet on Wednesday, 18 March 2020 to consider declaration of interim dividend.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive interim dividend, if declared, by the board, shall be Thursday, 26 March, 2020, the company said in a statement.

Shares of Piramal Enterprises (PEL) ended 1.71% lower at Rs 1423.70 in yesterday's session.
