Poddar Housing & Development standalone net profit declines 17.36% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 992.57% to Rs 54.41 crore

Net profit of Poddar Housing & Development declined 17.36% to Rs 2.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 3.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 992.57% to Rs 54.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 4.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 25.63% to Rs 15.76 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 21.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 27.71% to Rs 118.27 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 92.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
