Pondy Oxides & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 30 December 2014 has fixed the Record Date as 09 January 2015 for the following purpose:1. The Board of POCL Enterprises will allot 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- each of its Company for every 2 (two) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Pondy Oxides and Chemicals.
2. The Board of M/s. Pondy Oxides and Chemicals will cancel 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each held in its Company for every 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each allotted by POCL Enterprises and the paid up capital of Pondy Oxides will accordingly be reduced.
