Potential Investments & Finance announced that Achal Kapoor, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary on 30 June 2015.Further the Company has informed that, Chetan Malik has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer by the Board of Directors w.e.f. 01 July 2015.
