At board meeting held on 13 August 2015
Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, has approved the following:1. Appointed Dharam Pal Sharma, as on Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 13 August 2015.
2. Has also appointed Dharam Pal Sharma as Whole Time Director of Company with effect from 13 August 2015.
3. Designated Dharam Pal Sharma as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies [Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
