With reference Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter, The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Power, Government of India is the promoter of Power Finance Corporation (the "Promoter") announced that the Floor Price of the Offer in terms of the SEBI OFS Circular shall be as below :Rs 254/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Four Only) per Equity Share of Power Finance Corporation (the "Floor Price").
