Power Grid acquires project SPV Bhuj-11 Transmission
Capital Market Power Grid Corporation of India pursuant to its selection as the successful bidder under Tariff based competitive
bidding, has on 15 October, 2019 acquired Bhuj-11 Transmission (BTL), the
Project SPV to establish Transmission system for providing connectivity to RE Projects
at Bhuj-11 (2000 MW) in Gujarat on build, own, operate and maintain (BOOM) basis from
PFC Consulting (the Bid Process Coordinator).
The transmission system comprises 765/400kV Gas Insulated Substation and
765kV Transmission line in the State of Gujarat. The transmission system is an Inter
State Transmission System Project.
