Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd fell 2.26% today to trade at Rs 190. The S&P BSE Power index is down 0.99% to quote at 1915.15. The index is down 2.32 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, K E C International Ltd decreased 2.2% and NTPC Ltd lost 1.06% on the day. The S&P BSE Power index went up 1.82 % over last one year compared to the 13.34% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
