Prakash Industries standalone net profit rises 343.34% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 45.04% to Rs 910.45 crore

Net profit of Prakash Industries rose 343.34% to Rs 152.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 34.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 45.04% to Rs 910.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 627.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 376.85% to Rs 386.25 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 81.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 35.03% to Rs 2934.81 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2173.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
