Prestige Estates Projects consolidated net profit rises 3.03% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 28.04% to Rs 1848.60 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects rose 3.03% to Rs 115.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 112.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 28.04% to Rs 1848.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1443.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 13.71% to Rs 424.60 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 373.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 15.17% to Rs 5498.60 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 4774.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
