Punjab National Bank announced that Mahesh Baboo Gupta has been nominated as Part-time Non-official Director under Chartered Accountant category on the Board of the Bank by the Central Government vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services Notification dated 26 July 2016, for a period of three years from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.Gupta has assumed the office of Director of the Bank on 05 August 2016.
