Punjab National Bank to allot 106.70 cr shares under QIP issue

Punjab National Bank announced the closure of QIP issue on 18 December 2020. The Capital Raising Committee of Bank has decided to issue of 106,70,52,910 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 35.50 which includes a discount of 4.95% (i.e. Rs. 1.85 per equity share) to the floor price of Rs.37.35 per equity share aggregating Rs 3788.03 crore to be allotted to eligible QIBs in the QIP.
