Rallis India fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 30 October 2014

Rallis India announced that 30 October 2014 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of Shareholders to whom the interim dividend shall be payable. The date of payment of the said interim dividend will be 12 November 2014.
