Rama Pulp and Paper announced that its Board of Directors have fixed 08 November 2019 as Record Date for determining eligibility of the shareholders of Transferee Company to whom equity shares will be issued pursuant to the Scheme i.e the existing 1 equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each will be reduced to face value of Rs. 5/- each and subsequently 2 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5/- each will be consolidated into new 1 equity share of face value of Rs. 10/-
