Rupa & Company standalone net profit declines 24.83% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 6.69% to Rs 307.08 crore

Net profit of Rupa & Company declined 24.83% to Rs 19.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 26.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.69% to Rs 307.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 329.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 18.63% to Rs 77.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 65.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 4.60% to Rs 1008.43 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 964.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
