S Mobility renamed as Spice Mobility

With effect from 21 July 2014

S Mobility has received new Certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Kanpur effecting change in name of the Company and accordingly the name of the Company has been changed from 'S Mobility' to 'Spice Mobility' with effect from 21 July 2014.
