Sah Petroleums renamed as GP Petroleum

Following acquisition by Gulf Petroleum

Sah Petroleums announced that the Company has been renamed as GP Petroleum following the acquisition of 72.23% equity stake by Gulf Petroleum on 31 July 2014 for Rs 60 crore. Later in October 2014, an open offer was made for the remaining 26% stake.
