Sam Leaseco will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 January 2015, to consider proposal for authority to Board under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of Shareholders. and to consider Shifting of Registered Office of the Company outside the local limits of the city, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
