Sat Industries' subsidiary Aeroflex Finance gets registered as NBFC-ND

Sat Industries announced that its wholly owned subsidiary - Aeroflex Finance (formerly known as Italica Ventures) has received a Certificate of Registration to commence / carry on the business of non-banking financial institution without accepting public deposit under Section 415A of the Reserve Bank of India on 14 December 2018.
