Shiv Kamal Impex announced that Anu Jain (DIN: 03515530), Managing Director and Company Secretary of the Company has expressed her unwillingness to continue as Managing Director and Company Secretary w.e.f. 01 June 2017 due to her busy schedule and other personal commitments.
