Net profit of Shiva Texyarn declined 71.13% to Rs 0.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 21.79% to Rs 111.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 141.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.For the full year,net profit declined 57.38% to Rs 8.89 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 20.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 7.10% to Rs 457.46 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 492.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
