Shriram Transport Finance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 695 crore

On private placement basis

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Banking and Finance Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 13 April 2016, approved and allotted 6950 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of face value of' Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 695 crore on private placement basis.
