Sicagen India consolidated net profit declines 61.84% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 6.93% to Rs 151.47 crore

Net profit of Sicagen India declined 61.84% to Rs 2.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 7.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.93% to Rs 151.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 162.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 83.99% to Rs 1.06 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 6.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 21.95% to Rs 599.26 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 767.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
