Siyaram Silk Mills announced that:1. CRISIL (Rating Agency) has vide its letter dated 08 January 2016 assigned credit rating of CRISIL A1+(pronounced as CRISIL A one plus rating) to the Company's Commercial Paper(CP) instrument of Rs. 25 crore. Instruments with this rating are considered to have very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instrument carry lowest credit risk.
2. CRISIL (Rating Agency) has vide its letter dated 08 January 2016 reaffirmed long term rating of CRISIL A+/Positive and short term rating credit rating of CRISIL A1+ for the Company's Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 227.69 crore.
