Snowman Logistics to debut on secondary equity market today

Snowman Logistics debuts on the secondary equity market today, 12 September 2014. The company had priced the initial public offer (IPO) at the top end of the Rs 44 to Rs 47 per equity share price band. The IPO of Snowman Logistics was subscribed 59.75 times with total bids for 194.49 crore shares, compared with 4.20 crore shares on offer. Gateway Distriparks is promoter and the largest shareholder in Snowman Logistics. The issued opened on 26 August 2014 and closed 28 August 2014.

ICICI Bank, acting through its Dubai branch, priced an issuance of 5.5 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of $500 million. The notes were sold under the Rule 144A/Reg S format. The notes carry a coupon of 3.50% and were offered at an issue price of 99.653.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is looking to get shareholders' approval to raise qualified institutional placement (QIP) worth Rs 12000 crore at its 27th annual general meeting to be held on 27 September 2014. It is also considering shareholders' nod for borrowing Rs 50,000 crore.

GMR Infrastructure announced after market hours on Thursday, 11 September 2014, that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on 16 September 2014, inter alia, to consider, raising of funds through rights issue of shares.

Usha Martin said that its board will meet on 16 September 2014, to consider various fund raising options, including but not limited to, issuance of equity shares/other related instruments by way of a rights issue.

Bharat Electronics turns ex-dividend today, 12 September 2014, for final dividend of Rs 17.30 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014 (FY 2014).

National Aluminum Company (Nalco) turns ex-dividend today, 12 September 2014, for final dividend of Rs 0.40 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014 (FY 2014).

Orissa Minerals Development Company turns ex-dividend today, 12 September 2014, for final dividend of Rs 1.04 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014 (FY 2014).

Puravankara Projects turns ex-dividend today, 12 September 2014, for dividend of Rs 1.92 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014 (FY 2014).
