Spandana Sphoorty Financial allots NCDs aggregating Rs 425 cr

On private placement basis

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has on 16 June 2021 allotted 33,750 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market-Linked (PP-MLD) Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, at par, on a private placement basis in demat form, in consideration of an aggregate amount of Rs. 337.50 crore including green shoe option of 8,750 market linked non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 87.50 crore.
