SSPDL concludes acquisition of SSPDL Interserve

As per share purchase agreement with lnterserve Holdings, UK

SSPDL announced that as per the Share Purchase Agreement entered into with lnterserve Holdings, UK, the Company has acquired entire equity stake i.e., 686,000 equity shares of Re 1 each, held by lnterserve Holdings in SSPDL Interserve (subsidiary of SSPDL) on 16 May 2014.

With this acquisition, SSPDL Interserve has become a 100% subsidiary of the Company.
