State Bank of Travancore standalone net profit declines 67.63% in the March 2016 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 2.38% to Rs 2387.09 crore

Net profit of State Bank of Travancore declined 67.63% to Rs 62.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 191.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 2.38% to Rs 2387.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2331.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.66% to Rs 337.73 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 335.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 0.42% to Rs 9608.88 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9568.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
