Capital MarketNet profit of Sterlite Industries (India) rose 230.12% to Rs 285.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 86.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 9.35% to Rs 4956.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 4532.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 4.84% to Rs 1577.27 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1657.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 4.57% to Rs 18910.29 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 18084.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
