Sterlite Technologies allots equity shares

Sterlite Technologies announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 16 July 2015 has allotted equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme -2006 and 2010.
