Styrolution ABS (India) gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

Styrolution ABS (India) announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Styrolution India and Styrolution ABS (India) and their respective shareholders and creditors. The appointed date of the amalgamation is 01 April 2015. This information is based on the Oral Order dated 26 February 2016 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and received on 09 March 2016 by the Company.
