Subros announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

Subros announced that Vikas Sabharwal has resigned and consequently removed from the post of Dy. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Hemant Agarwal has been appointed as Dy. Company Secretary with immediate effect in place of Vikas Sabharwal. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Further, the Company also informed that Hemant Agarwal will also work as Compliance Officer of the Company.
