Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company has allotted 6,24,74,082 warrants on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 178 each (warrant subscription price Rs 44.50 and warrant exercise price of Rs 133.50) aggregating to Rs 1112.03 crore to Dilip Shantilal Shangvi, Promoter of the company and to other non-promoter entities.
