Surat Textile Mills standalone net profit declines 29.18% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 84.51% to Rs 60.63 crore

Net profit of Surat Textile Mills declined 29.18% to Rs 4.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 5.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 84.51% to Rs 60.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 32.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 50.93% to Rs 8.19 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 16.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 44.54% to Rs 200.51 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 138.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
