Syndicate Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 01 August 2016

Syndicate Bank announced that T K Srivastava, Executive Director of the Bank, appointed by Government of India under Section 9(3)(a) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 has ceased to be Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 01 August 2016 consequent upon his attaining superannuation.
