Taneja Aerospace & Aviation announces resignation of director

With immediate effect

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation announced that the Company has received a letter dated 02 December 2014 from J. P. Sureka, a Non-Independent Director of the Company, conveying his intention to resign from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

With this, the Board has four Independent Directors out of a total strength of eight Directors.
