To undertake business of factory automation and robotics
Tata Motors announced that the company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company name Brabo Robotics and Automation with effect from 17 July 2019.The Company is incorporated to acquire and takeover as a going concern the business of robotics and automation division, previously carried out by TAL Manufacturing Solutions and transferred to Tata Motors w.e.f. 30 April 2019. On the business transfer, BRAL would undertake business in the area of Factory Automation and Robotics.
