Tata Motors to raise Rs 500 crore through private placement of NCDs

Tata Motors will be offering for subscription Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating up to Rs 500 crore on a private placement basis in three tranches of Rs 200 crore, Rs 200 crore and Rs 100 crore. The decision was taken by the duly authorised committee at its meeting held on 14 November 2019.
