TD Power Systems allots 49,346 equity shares under ESOP

TD Power Systems has approved the allotment of 49,346 Equity Shares Rs.10/- each, at par, pursuant to the exercise of employee stock appreciation rights (ESAR) under TDPSL Equity Based Compensation Plan 2019.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.30,93,34,140/- (3,09,33,414 Equity Shares face value of Rs.10/- each) to Rs.30,98,27,600/- (3,09,82,760 Equity Shares face value of Rs.10/- each).
