Team Lease Services acquires further 1.91% stake in JV Avantis Regtech
Capital MarketTeam Lease Services announced that on 13 July 2021, the company has participated in the Rights issue of Avantis Regtech, a Company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act 2013, and a Joint Venture of the Company.
Pursuant to the above, TeamLease has invested Rs.1.36 crore to acquire 1.91% incremental Equity stake in Avantis Regtech.
