Terai Tea Co reports standalone net loss of Rs 2.58 crore in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 5.93% to Rs 55.37 crore

Net Loss of Terai Tea Co reported to Rs 2.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 2.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 5.93% to Rs 55.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 52.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 36.88% to Rs 0.89 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 0.19% to Rs 129.07 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 129.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
