Tide Water Oil Co (I) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 January 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2015, & to consider declaration of bonus issue and share split to/for the shareholders at such rate/ratio to be decided therein.
