ICRA has also upgraded its Short Term Ratings on the Bank Facilities of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited to ICRA A4 / ICRA A FOUR' from ICRA D/ ICRA D.Further, a 'Stable' outlook has been assigned to the long-term rating.
