Titan Biotech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 September 2014, to consider and to determine issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to the selected person(s), and to consider and approve the notice of Annual General Meeting for seeking necessary consent from the members as required under Section 62 (1) (c) of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder for issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis.
